This partnership provides the initial framework for the deployment of a world class monitoring solution for the beverage filling industry. Agent QC technology from Sensor Wireless is used by leading Fortune 500 companies in over 10 countries to identify problems leading to poor quality and waste due to handling and equipment calibration. Agent QC uses a unique sensor platform developed by Sensor Wireless which is inserted in an acrylic container having the same characteristics as the brand it is monitoring. The sensors are placed in line with real product and transmit data remotely to a handheld or laptop computer for instant remediation of velocity changes which can be related to glass failure or line performance.
